Michelle Carr
Managing Advisor
As a Construction Management graduate from Colorado State University, with five years of experience working as a project engineer for a commercial general contractor in Denver, I have developed valuable skills that I apply daily in my real estate work. These skills include negotiating effectively, educating home buyers and sellers, managing high-stress environments, and implementing effective marketing strategies. For me, being a successful real estate agent and providing value to my clients is of the utmost importance. I understand that real estate is often one of the largest investments people make in their lifetime, and it's critical to make their priorities my own. As your agent, I am committed to delivering unparalleled real estate services from beginning to end. I will be your partner and point of contact throughout the process, working tirelessly to ensure that every detail is taken care of. My approach is always honest, authentic, and focused on putting your interests before my own. Effective communication is crucial in the buying and selling process, and I take pride in my ability to listen attentively and ask the right questions. I am passionate about serving others, and you can trust that I will work tirelessly to help you achieve your real estate goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and daughter, golfing, wake surfing, remodeling my home, and savoring a good beer with family and friends.
